- Coaching: We will meet for regular coaching sessions to track progress.
- Closure: Review progress, celebrate milestones, and adapt the action plan for evolving needs.
- Initial Consultation: 1:1 call to understand your career goals and the roles you’re targeting.
- Resume Review: We will review your current resume and provide detailed feedback on areas for improvement.
- Optimization Process: We will rewrite and reformat your resume.
- Final Review: You will receive the optimized version of your resume.
- Ongoing Support: For a year, we will adjust your resume upon request.

Hey there! I’m Alejandra Castellanos Isaza, a passionate program manager and coach with a knack for talent management and leadership development. I am a certified Life Coach and hold a Master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University.
As a leadership and performance coach, I help individuals and teams reach their full potential. One of my key drivers is helping people become better at what they do, connect with their purpose, and providing them with actionable insights. In addition to coaching, I have designed and facilitated workshops for university students and early, mid-career and senior employees who want to grow and take charge of their professional and personal lives. I am dedicated to empowering others to achieve their goals and thrive in their careers.
My journey has taken me through roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and a Senior Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant, where I’ve driven talent development, performance, recruitment, and onboarding initiatives. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, I bring a diverse and strategic approach to enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement.
